Edgelessness, an exhibition of painting at the new Mura Ma art gallery Marple, Stockport

I’ll be joining artists Rachael Addis, Suzanne Bethell and Kate Jacob for Edgelessness, an exhibition of contemporary painting at the new Mura Ma art space opening in Marple, Stockport.
This exhibition brings together four artists who are working with paint as way to explore the non-physical realm. From memory to response to place, these artists share a common thread in that they feel their way through painting, to gather, create and converse with the paint. Each of them is fascinated with the open field of painting and are looking forward to sharing new work at this exhibition which opens on 20 January 2023.
Mura Ma is a new independent artist-run gallery located at 15 Stockport Road, Marple, Stockport SK6 7BD. The site of a former hair salon opposite the Regent Cinema, Mura Ma was also once former bank and dance school.
